About Our League

The Tuesday Night League is a public golf league with events held at the highly rated and challenging championship course at Baker National in Medina, Minnesota.  We are a social nine-hole league based on friendly competition and the traditions of golf.

FORMAT    The Tuesday Night League at Baker consists of ten (10) teams competing in events over the summer.  Each team must field four players each week but teams may have up to 10 players on their official league roster.  The League utilizes USGA handicaps for its fourteen to sixteen competitive events.  Nine weeks are team match-play competition with the remainder of the events being team-based special events.

COST  Cost is approximately $440 per person.  Included are green fees for the year, complimentary warm up bucket of range balls each week, an established 9-hole USGA handicap, Three Rivers Park Tour Card, subscription to Minnesota Golfer magazine and other miscellaneous league expenses.

SEASON & TEE TIMES    Tuesday tee times are assigned before the start of the season and will vary between 4:09 pm and 5:21 pm. Play generally begins around the first week of May and is completed prior to Labor Day weekend. A league banquet will be held immediately after our last event.  Awards, monetary prizes and raffle items are distributed during the banquet.

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION   The Tuesday Night League is open to the public with equal opportunity to fill membership vacancies.  However, openings are rare with many of the ten teams having been in the league for many years.  Teams participating in the previous season have the first opportunity to renew their memberships for the following year.   You may sign up as an individual or as a team.  If there are League openings and your name is selected, you will be notified immediately.  Dates for filling these openings will be posted on this website.  Please go to the Contact Us page and sumbit your interest.
